Envato (CodeCanyon, ThemeForest) ​

Envato buyers have a purchase code. On your redeem page they exchange it for a SunLicense key; SunLicense checks the code with Envato's API.

Setup ​

  1. build.envato.com → Create a token with the permission View your items' sales history.
  2. SunLicense: Integrations → Envato → Connect. Paste the token and map your item IDs (the number at the end of the item URL) to policies, or *.
  3. Put the integration's redeem page in your item's documentation and description.

What buyers do ​

Downloads → your item → License certificate & purchase code, then paste the code (1a2b3c4d-…) and their email on the redeem page. SunLicense calls GET /v3/market/author/sale?code=… and only accepts sales of your items. One license per purchase code.
